Yard work I

We have finally had some more moderate weather here in the last few weeks. Which has allowed us to start working on some outside projects.

We started with removing and replacing all of the screening materials in the windows. Most of the screen had small holes so we decided to replace them with new material and clean up the windows casing.

We then painted the red shutters to a chocolate brown. The handlrail on our front porch has been painted black. And finally, we broke our backs on the cleaning out two of the beds around our house. We still have to do edging, but it's starting get more curb appeal. We are going to work on those shrubs on the right side of the house after the leaves fall. We dont want to have to rake out the beds twice in that area.

This is line at the Apple store Sunday August 3 for the North Carolina Back to school tax free weekend.

On another note. I went to the Apple page to find out their latest bad a%% machine so I could make Jason drool (no I did not buy one) and I always thought Apple made computers. Why is an Iphone the biggest thing on their home page?
